Idaho Water Sports promotes Service Manager, Justin Harrison to Nampa General

Manager.

(Nampa, ID) Justin Harrison bought the very first boat sold from Idaho Water Sports (IWS) when they opened their Caldwell location in 2002. And in 2004 he came to work for the dealership as a service technician. In 2007 Justin was promoted to Service Manager and has been instrumental to the growth and success of IWS. Harrison is not only an asset to the IWS Nampa store for his Master Mechanic and managerial skill set, but also for his caring nature and his community involvement. Harrison donates his time to a number of community organizations and causes including but not limited to Habitat for Humanity, Girls Softball League, Save Recreation on Lake Lowell and Owyhee Motorcycle Club.

His customer caring and attention to detail has endeared him to the rest of the Idaho Water Sports Family as well as their tight-knit customer base, but one of Harrison’s most popular character traits is his sense of humor. He is a self-proclaimed vegetable shooting expert. According to Harrison he is currently ranked among the top 15 in the world for distance shooting pumpkins with a canon and ranked number one in the world for distance shooting cabbage. Now those are some credentials!

All kidding aside, Harrison enjoys action sports and the outdoors. As an avid hunter and quad racer, he realizes how important recreational time is and he strives to get IWS customers back doing what they love as quickly and reliably as possible. Harrison is excited to accept this promotion and looks forward to continuing his track record of service excellence for the Idaho Water Sports and Malibu Boats Family.

IDAHO MALIBU DEALER ADDS WAKEBOARIDNG PASSION TO THE FAM

Idaho Water Sports hires wakeboarder Mike Hauer as the new Nampa Store Sales Manager.

(Nampa, ID) – Recently recognized as the “Best Sports Store” in the Mini-Cassia area, Malibu Boats Dealer, Idaho Waters Sports, is firing on all cylinders. They are doing so well, they are infusing the dealership family that helped them secure this latest award with even more wakeboarding passion. Wakeboarder and action sport enthusiast, Mike Hauer, was hired as Sales Manager for Idaho Water Sports Nampa location.

Born in Santa Clara, CA, Hauer moved to Idaho as a child. He was raised in Boise and Graduated from Centennial High School in 1996. Hauer found wakeboarding his passion at the age of 16. He and his brothers took every opportunity to get out on the water. Hauer became so involved in wakeboarding that he took a retail job selling wakeboards and logged more than 150 days of riding in one year. Then Hauer moved from selling boards to selling boats and his riding took off along with his career. In 2003 Hauer took his riding to the next level competing at the Detroit and Portland Pro Wakeboard Tour stops. Around this same time Hauer started a weekly wakeboard clinic, teaching 15-20 students each week through the spring and summer months.

Hauer remains extremely dedicated to wakeboarding and water sports. “I’m passionate about making water sports accessible to anyone who wants to be a part of it,” Hauer told us.

Hauer is excited to bring his water sports passion and experience to the Treasure Valley for Idaho Water Sports. He looks forward to working with present and future Idaho Water Sports customers to optimize the amount of fun they are having on the water.
